1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and My Veda Lifestyle Products & Services Pvt Ltd (powered by Disha Innovation), a company incorporated under the Companies Act of India, having its registered office at 319, G.B. Path, IIT Gate, Ghoramara, North Guwahati, Assam – 781030.

By accessing or using the myvedalifestyle.com platform, purchasing products, or participating in our direct selling network, you unconditionally accept these terms. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting on the website.

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Member.
• You must be a resident of India and possess a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.).
• Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be terminated.
• A valid and active bank account in your name is required for withdrawal of commissions.
• Employees and immediate family members of My Veda Lifestyle Pvt Ltd are not eligible to join as Members.

3 Registration & Account Security

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at help@myvedalifestyle.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4 Products & Pricing

• All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• The Company reserves the right to modify product prices and descriptions at any time without prior notice.
• Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes and the actual product may vary slightly in appearance.
• The Company does not guarantee the availability of any product and reserves the right to discontinue products at any time.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by the Company. Payment confirmation does not guarantee product availability.

5 Commission & Business Plan

• All commissions and incentives are calculated on Business Volume (BV) basis. BV is assigned to each product purchase.
• Commissions are earned strictly through genuine product purchases. Income based solely on recruitment without product sales is strictly prohibited.
• T.T.O. refers to Team Turnover and C.T.O. refers to Company Turnover for the purpose of bonus calculations.
• TDS will be deducted from commissions as per applicable Income Tax regulations of India.
• The Company reserves the right to modify the compensation plan at any time with prior notice to members.

6 Withdrawal Policy

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banking system failures, public holidays, or incorrect bank details provided by the Member.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Making false, exaggerated, or misleading income claims or product representations to prospects.
• Using unauthorized third-party websites, social media pages, or marketing materials bearing the My Veda Lifestyle brand.
• Participating simultaneously as an active member of a competing direct selling organization without prior written consent.
• Manipulating the network structure, including placing phantom orders or creating fictitious accounts.
• Attempting to tamper with, hack, or otherwise compromise platform security.
• Harassing, defaming, or directing abusive communication towards other Members or Company staff.

Violation of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of all pending commissions, without any right of appeal or refund.

8 Termination of Membership

A Member may voluntarily terminate their membership by submitting a written request to help@myvedalifestyle.com. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions below the minimum withdrawal threshold will be forfeited.

The Company may terminate or suspend any membership at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if it determines that the Member has violated these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, or acted in a manner detrimental to the Company or its network.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Veda Lifestyle Products & Services Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products or platform.

The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Our total liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Member for products in the preceding 3 months.

10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam, India. The Company encourages Members to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal remedies.
