We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our hassle-free return process is here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

1 Overview

My Veda Lifestyle Products & Services Pvt Ltd offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. Returns may be requested for the following reasons:

  • Product received is damaged or broken during transit.
  • Product received is wrong (different from what was ordered).
  • Product is defective or has quality issues despite being unused.
  • Product received has an expired or near-expiry date at the time of delivery.

Returns for reasons other than the above (e.g., change of mind) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a restocking fee or rejection.

2 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Within 7 days: Return request must be raised within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
Original packaging: Product must be returned in its original, sealed packaging with all accessories, leaflets, and labels intact.
Unused & unopened: For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or partially used are not eligible for return (except in cases of damage/defect).
Proof of purchase: Original invoice or order confirmation email must be provided along with the return request.
Evidence: Clear photographs or videos of the product issue must be shared at the time of raising the return request.

3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed (unless damaged/defective on arrival).
  • Products with tampered, removed, or damaged labels/seals.
  • Products that are part of a promotional bundle or combo offer, unless the entire bundle is returned.
  • Products returned after the 7-day window from the delivery date.
  • Digital products, membership fees, or subscription charges.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, or negligence.

4 How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return request:

Contact Our Support Team

Email us at help@myvedalifestyle.com or call us at +91 9181263551 within 7 days of delivery. Use the subject line "Return Request – [Order ID]".

Submit Required Details

Provide your Order ID, registered mobile number/email, the product name, reason for return, and clear photos/video of the issue.

Approval & Return Authorization

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and, upon approval, provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

Pack & Ship the Product

Securely pack the product in its original packaging. Write the RA number clearly on the parcel and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Refund / Replacement Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your replacement will be shipped or refund initiated within 5–7 business days.

5 Inspection Process

Upon receiving the returned product, our quality team will conduct a physical inspection within 3 business days. We assess:

  • Whether the product matches the return reason provided.
  • Whether seals, labels, and packaging are intact and unaltered.
  • Whether the product shows signs of use, tampering, or customer-induced damage.

If the returned product does not pass inspection, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense and no refund or replacement will be issued.

6 Refund After Return

Once the returned product passes inspection, you will receive your refund or replacement:

Replacement

A brand-new replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days of inspection approval at no additional charge.

Refund

Refund will be credited to the original payment method or Member wallet within 7–10 business days of inspection approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified by our support team.

7 Damaged or Wrong Items Received

If you receive a product that is physically damaged, leaking, or completely different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologise and will prioritise your case. Please:

  • Take clear photographs and/or an unboxing video immediately upon delivery.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package — delayed reporting may result in rejection of the claim.
  • We will arrange a free pickup and provide a full replacement or refund at zero cost to you.
Tip: We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your parcel. This helps resolve disputes quickly and effectively.
